1、根据楼主的描述，不只是游戏卡，几乎所有的应用都卡，所以游戏卡顿只是后续的现象，首要检查cpu运行频率是否正常； ctrl+shift+esc点性能，查看下在桌面以及运行轻负载游戏的时候cpu是否睿频（9750H 主频2.6GHz，单核最大睿频4.5GHz，全核心最大睿频4.0GHz，如果cpu频率异常低下哎，比如0.78GHz或者0.79GHz，则需要更新下BIOS再次查看cpu频率是否正常。2、查看windows的电源计划是否是平衡或者是最高性能，如果电脑上有鲁大师可能会被篡改电源计划为鲁大师节能省电模式，会导致电脑异常卡顿。 Source
