How to Fix Problems with the Google Play Store App

1. Find the Google Play Store app on your device’s home or app screen.
2. Touch and hold the Google Play Store app.
3. Tap App Info .
4. Tap Storage & cache Clear Cache.
5. Tap Clear storage  Delete.
