I Can’t Add New Accounts To Outlook

The problem you describe with the new outlook not being able to add gmail and yahoo mailboxes is understood.
What you are seeing is a drop down menu that lists all the accounts that can be added under the “Suggested Accounts” heading. It’s because you have previously added other accounts to the accounts section inside windows, so it will recognize it and default to the new outlook, that’s why it’s showing the accounts that can be added.
1.If you want to add gmail or yahoo mailbox, you can delete the mailbox in the display column, then re-enter gmail mailbox, click the “Continue” button below:
- Follow the prompts to enter the password of the mailbox, and then check whether it has been added successfully.
