Outlook top menu ribbon disappeared; how do I get it

I’m kind of having the same issue! The ribbon will not stay on top when I select “format”, it disappears. I have pinned it to “format”, I have hit the ribbon icon on the top and selected “show tabs & commands”, and the minute I send the email, its gone again. I have read your article link, done everything in that, I have researched the internet and I don’t find any solutions to this! I use format a lot with what I do, so every email, I have to go to the message tab, then the ribbon pops up, then I can select the format tab and it will stay there, but only for that 1 email. HELP!!
