Why am I constantly being asked to sign into OUTLOOK?

To identify the source of the issue, a few questions we need to ask:
- If possible, can you share a screenshot of the problem?
Sending a sequence.
#A. First screen that I open. OUTLOOK is on the upper left. I click on that which leads me to:
#B. Screenshot showing the “Sign In”. Haven’t ever had to do this before.
#C. Sign in Screen. So I enter my ID and password, which brings me to:
#D. Asks me if I want to stay signed in. I click on YES
FYI: I tried to insert a WORD.DOC which had the pictures of #A, #C and #D several other screens, but unable to do so.
- What type of Outlook platform are you using? Is it Outlook from the web, classic Outlook application under a Microsoft Office suite, or New Outlook for Windows that is from upgrading Windows mail application? Not sure. I’ve been a subscriber to Microsoft 365 for a number of years. Always accept updates.
- What is the email domain of your email account in Outlook? Is it @Gmail @Yahoo @Hotmail or work/school email domain? @Hotmail
- Have you tried resetting or updating your email account password? YES, Both.
- Have you tried using a different web browser to access your email account? If yes, does the same problem persist on a different web browser?
Yes, tried Google Chrome. Same results
