There is one piece of information I would like to add about Amanda. Her maiden name is Lewis, and she graduated from Staples High School in Westport, CT in 1961. As some may already know, Westport is a very affluent town in Fairfield County, CT and it’s approximately 50 miles northeast of Manhattan. Many celebrities have called Westport their home; Paul Newman and Joanne Woodward lived there for many years.
